I am a 20 year old girl from Germany. I study lectureship in a university and love to dance. In December 2013 I have lost my dad - he passed away after a very bad disease - he had cancer. It was a very hard time for me and my mother and we had a lot of stress. Then the last summer I got sick. In September I had a operation. Before that the doctors took a blood semple of me - routine, but the next days they came again and again to my hospital room and want more and more blood. One day I wanted to know why. I got the diagnosis of hepatitis c. That was like a slap in my face, the next hard time for my mother and me had begun. I had to do a lot of tests over month, I never did drugs or things like that, I can not explain the disease until now. But than in January this year the next thing came across. I went to the doctor because of a headache everyday, I felt very bad. So the doctor took a blood semple of me and a few days after that I got a call. They found something in my blood and I should make thyroid screening and if there is no problem I should go to a specialist and make an mrt. My thyroid was okey, so I had to make the mrt. And there was the next shock - a tumor in my brain. The tumor is not so big but it hurts a lot and it is nearyby the optic nerve. I got very hard medication with a lot of heavy sideeffects ( changes in the heart valves, water in the pericard and so on). I have to take the medication two times a week and I feel so bad the whole week. So my mother and I started to look for a therapy. There is one for hepatitis c but it is very expensive. We also found a therapy for the tumor but that is expensive, too.
My mother and I have the most of the ammount but 12.000 Euros left. We had to pay round about 200.000 Euros for the therapie of my father by ourselves. When he got to hospital we wanted the treatment by the head physician but that was not included in our health insurance, so we had to pay the most of the costs. The funeral of my father was very expensive, too. So we have not enough money for this therapy now and so we need your help. I really hope you will understand my english, excuse me if there are some mistakes.
