Help Criswien “Tata” Cano Extend his Life!

Criswien "Tata" Cano,35 years old, who lived in Purok 2, Kapatagan, Digos City works at a flower plantation. He is a responsible, hardworking and loving father of two children. Before the pandemic, he is into business by selling flowers which can suffice the needs of his family. However, during lockdown he was one of millions of individuals who lost their job and just waiting for the aid from the government. Until now, he has no work and can no longer work due to his illness.

Tata was exposed to chemicals/pesticides because of the nature of his work which is the primary cause of his illness. During his laboratory exam last November 04,2021 his doctor suggested that he needs to undergo Thoracentesis procedure to remove fluids around from his Lungs. Now, he is diagnosed to END STAGE RENAL DISEASE SECONDARY TO CHRONIC GLOMERULONEPHRITIS HEART FAILURE WITH REDUCED EJECTION FRACTION (45%) SECONDARY TO DILATED CARDIOMYOPATHY, SINUS RHYTHM, FUNCTIONAL CLASS II. He is subject for Hemodialysis as maintenance three (3) times a week. Aside from Hemodialysis, he has seven (7) kinds of tablets to take for his medication.
