Help Cristine Access Healthcare

Hi everyone,

I am knocking on your humble hearts to help one of my childhood friends access medical healthcare. I grew up in Baguio and was more fortunate to be born in a family that can afford quality education and healthcare. Unfortunately, Cristine Tabia is not as fortunate as I am.

Her mother caught the COVID-19 and has been hospitalized for almost a month. Luckily, her mom recovered but they were hit hard with their finances. Her mom’s hospital bills skyrocketed to almost half a million pesos. And most of the hospital expenses have not been paid yet.

Two weeks ago, Cristine has been experiencing sharp pain on her lower right abdomen. Upon going for a medical checkup, it was discovered she has appendicitis. It has been swollen for some time now and needs medical attention before it ruptures and result to other complications.

However, with her mom’s current medical bills due to COVID, their family does not have enough resources to get the medical attention she needs. Hence, we are making this fundraiser to help her raise funds for her appendectomy and subsequent recovery.

We are raising 100,000 pesos or $2000 for her procedure to be scheduled mid-March. We are asking for your help no matter how small or big it is, it will definitely go a long way.
