Help Create a Website

Hello Everyone!

I am a final year modern language student at university.

I am passionate about languages and want to show that learning a new language is fun!

So, I had an idea.

I’ve been thinking about building a website for language students for a while now. In my spare time I have been creating content, writing articles on exchange programmes, collecting material for grammar and vocabulary, and recording listening and pronunciation audios in English, French, Portuguese, and Spanish. And I want to share it all with you!

I started an Instagram page "GrinGo Languages", where, for now, I’m sharing only Portuguese and English language learning tips and planning to add Spanish and French shortly.

There are a lot of costs involved in setting up and maintaining a website. Even though, there are several sites that offer to create a website for free, there are a lot of additional fees that are hidden and all the features are quite expensive.

To set up a small first website total cost is from £400 to £770 and this does not include its maintenance which has a lot of ongoing monthly costs like hosting, debugging / troubleshooting, adding new features / tools, etc.

I receive a student loan and have a part time job but still I can barely cope with the cost of living at university. It’s been to the point when heating had to be switch off in order to lower costs of bills.

That’s why I need your help. I hope you liked my idea of creating a website and be willing to chip in.
