Help cover the medical expenses for elderly Molly

Update posted by Vasiliki Orfanidou On Mar 30, 2020

Hello everyone. Thank you for your help for our sweet Molly. We just got the results of the biopsies back. Unfortunately, all tumors, in her breasts and her bladder were malignant. This means that she is in imminent danger, and we have to proceed to more surgeries and chemo. She will have a full mastectomy, to prevent the spread of the cancer, and 6 chemotherapies, to help stop the spread of the cancer in her bladder, which is the most dangerous one. There will be a new campaign soon. The amount raised so far covered her first big surgery (removal of tumors in breasts, bladder and spaying), but unfortunately it's not enough. Her lifespan in unknown. If she goes well, she might have a year to 18 months, maybe even more, but no one can be sure if that. But we can't just leave her like this. She has so much life in her.. Thank you all, I will try posting updates here too, if you don't follow the new campaign.

Molly is up and about and ready to go home! She came out to greet us running. For a few days she needs to be taking some pain killers and antibiotics, and once we are done with that, we can start with the leishmaniasis treatment.

Molly has had surgery and she is doing fine, and already complaining and wanting to go home. She had two breast tumors removed, a tumor in her bladder and she was spayed. Thank you for your donations! Luckily, the surgeon was able to do all operations needed in one go, so Molly won't have to undergo any more procedures.

Molly is a couch potato. When she first went to a foster home, she couldn't even go up and down the stairs. Her legs were so weak that Anna had to carry her, but she grew stronger and stronger. She has so much will to live this girl, and she deserves a chance. Only three days left till her first operation! Thank you so much for the support!
