Help complete the house!

Hello good people! I live in Russia. After the imposition of sanctions against our country, many decent citizens have lost their jobs. I was among those. I have no job and livelihood! but that's not the point! Spring of 2014 I sold my apartment and put all the money in the construction of houses. Now, I do not count on that, I'm afraid that I would stay with the family on the street in the cold season! May God bless you for any help!
