HELP CINDY ☺ AGAIN

I had a bad accident as a 14year old which left me with a fractured nose and damage to my mouth and teeth. I can't breath out of one nostril. My smile is wonky on my top lip due to teeth damage. My four front teeth felt along with my nose the impact of my fall. A year later I went on to have a dentist make my situation worse. One of my teeth were cracked in the root and turnt black, the dentist put a crown in my mouth almost double the size of my normal size teeth. It's terrible I've hated my smile and crooked nose and mouth/teeth for years. And it's partly ruined any memory of teenage years. I would like treatment to correct my problems.
