Certificates to continue my Higher Education

I honestly have no idea how much to ask you for, but is a gift of $10 something you'd be able to consider donating?

My institute uses SARIS system to display our examination results. Not completing the registration issues or tuition fees, the system to get your results won't open for you until you complete any required issues. We generally login by our registration numbers and our own passwords. I'm required to have completed paying my tuition fees for my results to be accessible/unlocked. The reason I want to get my results is because I won't be able to proceed to higher education because, as for my level of study, I have to attach my recent qualifications by providing result transcripts.

Also, the deadline for applying loan for higher education is very near and applying for loan for higher education requires secondary and High school certificates which I currently don't have because of the same reason, tuition fees. Obtaining my certificates and paying for my tuition fees would cost me around $1,500.
