Help Selena Recover from Scoliosis

Selena(The girl wearing yellow), my cousin, is currently 11 years old and lives in Syria. She got diagnosed with Scoliosis a few days ago. Scoliosis is a condition in which the spine curves, this happens before puberty. We want to bring her here to Jordan so that the doctors can look at her(Right now, it's really hard to treat her condition in Syria due to all the issues), and it turns out the surgery can cost to upwards of 20,000 Jordanian Dinars which translates to a bit over 28,000 USD.

Here are her X-rays and the doctor report from Syria (It is in Arabic, I will translate it):

The curvature of the spine is already at worrying levels, if this gets worse she might get disabled and it might even become really hard for her to breath because of the reduced space for the lungs.
