Help Cathy’s Dad for his Bypass Surgery

Hello! My name is Catherine S. Verdejo. Last February 20, 2019 my family and I went to Philippine Heart Center to examine my Daddy's (Ildefonso R. Verdejo) heart. He has Coronary Artery Disease since 2016 and had a multiple heart attacks but luckily he survived. But we do not know what is the real condition of his heart since he hasn't undergo Angiogram since then. Last January 30, 2019 he had another heart attack, and his doctor pushed us already to go to a hospital which can examine his heart thoroughly thru Angiogram. Through the help of the other people, with the Guarantee Letters we have, we went to Philippine Doctors Hospital to have his Angiogram and to know what will be the best thing to do for his heart. After the result came, the doctor told us that there most of the arteries in my dad's heart that is already damaged and bypass surgery is the only option for my dad to extend his life and it should be as soon as possible, if not, my dad will no be able to survive if he will experience heart attack again.

We were advised that we need to deposit 300,000 pesos for the surgery to schedule and perform, if not, no operation will be done and a total of around 800,000 to 900,000 pesos for the total amount of the surgery. But with our condition, we do not have that amount to at least schedule a surgery for my dad. So I am asking for help to everyone or whoever has the capability to help us to raise at least 300,000 pesos for my dad to have his operation and extend his life.

My dad is everything to me, to us. Before, when I was a student, he is a carpenter, working hard to send his 2 children to school and finish their studies to reach their dream. I dreamed to become a CPA (Certified Public Accountant) and to study in a prestigious school like Ateneo de Naga University and I achieved all of that because of him. Because of his hardwork, because he did not gave up on me. Now, that he needed help and his life is at risk, I don't want to give up either. I wanted to fight until the end like how we work hard and not give up for me to achieved my dream.

So please, I am begging to everybody, help us to raise the needed amount for my dad to save his life.
