Help Cathee Fight The Big C!

Last January 2019, our dear friend Cathee felt a small lump in her right breast but no consultation was done yet. On August 2020, she noticed that the lump had increased in size. This prompted her to have herself checked last August 25, 2020 and was advised to undergo breast biopsy. On August 29, 2020, she underwent Breast Biopsy, Right. On September 5, 2020, she was diagnosed with Invasive Ductal Carcinoma Stage III-B with no metastasis. She was then advised by her doctor to undergo Neo Adjuant Chemotherapy for treatment. Due to the size of her breast tumor which measured 10x14cm, she would need 8 cycles of chemotherapy prior to surgery in order to suppress the tumor growth. Following surgery, she would still be needing around 10 cycles depending on the result of her histopath.

As discussed by her Oncologist, the estimated cost of her treatment protocol are as follows: Php518,788.34 for the 1st cycle; Php344,672.67 each for the 2nd to 6th cycle; and Php288,515.67 for the 7th to 18th cycle respectively. Her chemotherapy treatment course alone would costs around 5.7 million. She had her 1st cycle of chemotherapy last September 28, 2020 and just finished her second cycle last October 22, 2020. She will be having her 3rd cycle thereafter every 21 days.

Cathee's family is exerting all their efforts to cover her medical expenses but with the extremely high cost of her treatment, they will soon be exhausted and financially drained. With this, we are knocking to your kind and generous hearts to help her family with their expenses to ensure Cathee will be able to complete her targeted treatment as scheduled.
