Help Carmen Stay Alive

Need surgery to help Carmen stay alive . My wife is 62yrs old and she needs a gastric bypass surgery, her insurance has approved her surgery but even though she has passed through all the requisitions the surgeon still will not do the surgery unless she can walk, well here's the thing, my wife has bad knees that require both total knee replacement and the orthopedic surgeon wont operate unless she losses weight, well between these two surgeons request my wife has had two utis that has landed her in the hospital both times for more then a week the last one almost took her live cause the infection went into her blood and she got very confused i think shes going to loose it cause she still cant get out of that confusion.
