CA$700.00raised of CA$5,000.00 goal goal
Capo is a 4 year old Bullmastiff/Presa Canario Cross. She enjoys sleeping and invading people's space until she gets pets. She also loves resting her large head on tables to give herself a break and leaving drool stains everywhere.
Capo has been diagnosed with liver disease and her liver is way too small for her size. She had laprascopic surgery which cost $2000 just to find out what exactly is wrong. The week before she had an ultrasound ($400). And she will continue to needs $200-300/month of meds to keep her liver working properly so she doesn't go into failure. Depending on the results of the laproscopic biospy, she may need another surgery.
They also found a grade 3 heart murmur, but for now nothing can be done about that and they are waiting to see if it progresses. To see what is wrong with her heart would be another ultrasound which I cannot afford with all of these liver bills, but will be a priority if I raise enough money to cover it!
I am working a part time job right now and struggling to find more work but she is my first priority, so I thought I would give this a shot because she really needs this care, and it's so expensive and will be ongoing. I'm trying this out in hopes that I can raise some money for her to ensure she gets everything she needs to live a healthy long life. I don't want this tiny liver of hers to stop her!
Thank you for your support in advance! Every dollar makes a HUGE difference for us!

It's not much, but every bit helps. We hope Capo's able to be seen by a specialist who can offer some alternative treatment options. Fingers crossed and thinking of you both fondly, - Nicole & Gary
