Help cannabis to become legal in Europe

Hello!

I'm a law student from relatively poor family. I'm studying full time, it's only way how Latvian government will pay for my education. But I need some minimal money to support my living - 260 EUR in a month would be totally enough.
My mission at the moment is to finish my studies and to start work on a project - cannabis legalization in Latvia and being a lawyer at that point will be my base.
