I am a single mom and my son Caeden Ezekeil Vonn Silaras whos turning 9yrs old was recently diagnose with Multisystem Inflammatory Syndrome in Children (MIS-C) and currently in ICU and needs lots of vials the Gamma Vial to help strengthen his immune system..
