Help buy a palatal expander + braces

Hi. All my life I've had issues with the way I look. Specially because of my teeth which are too forwarded and my mouth being too narrow. I never can close my mouth because of that. The most problematic thing is the price of braces. I just know that it will be extremely expensive and I get depressed just thinking about it.

I don't feel comfortable to show my entire face because I know that I look horrible but there are some shots of my mouth. Although my teeth cover each other, in the wrong way, I have a recessed chin and not even mewing can resolve!
