this is scruffy he is our family dog he is 9 years old and we have had him since 5 weeks we had to hand feed him when we got him he is a sweet loving yellow lad we lost our home where scruffy had a nice big yard with chain link fence and now scruffy has to be on a chain and its breaking our hearts and my little boys heart because scruffy cant run and play anymore want you please help us build scruffy a fence and get him off this chain thanks and God bless
