Help Build Honest Soul Yoga’s Studio

Hi Friends,

As most of you know teaching yoga has become my passion and that I would like to open a yoga studio in Alexandria, VA. Through yoga, I have been able to connect with hundreds of people and help them grow in their physical yoga practice. I have become known as a teacher that students feel safe with. They can drop the fear and try new poses, which helps them grow in their yoga practice and off the mat. 

I know that opening a yoga studio is what I am destined to do, but I need help. I plan to build yoga studio that has an open floor plan and low build out costs. My focus is on the students and yoga versus having a over the top studio. The cost I need help with are minor build out costs for paint, furniture (such as storage for yoga props and student's belongings), insurance, supplies, etc. 

My target date to open in July 2013. I am currently working with a broker and checking out spaces to lease. The area I am targeting currently does not have any yoga studios that offer power vinyasa, which is very exciting. If you would like more information on my business plan details, please email me.
