My name is Jose Mari Ragaza from the Philippines. I am currently unemployed for months now and aspiring to put up my own virtual contact center operated from home offering inbound and outbound call center services to clients worldwide. Equipments and tools needed to start and to fire up the operation.
1.) Subscription to a VOIP Service Provider to do inbound/outbound calls globally.
2.) Cost-effecient Call Center Software which will help the operation to be organized and systematic. It also incorporates tools critical to operation such as predictive dialer, email and chat services that we are aiming to offer.
3.) Hardware peripherals(Monitor, headset with noise cancellation, CPU etc.)
