Help build a new Skills Development Centre in Zambia for New Hope Waves!

Hi there!
My name is Natasha, and I am currently reaching out to all the generous, big-hearted and caring people who get a 'buzz' out of supporting others in our world :)

I'd like to talk a little about my favourite 'home', Africa, and my good friend Auldridge and his wonderful organisation in Zambia - 'New Hope Waves'.

Africa is a beautiful place full of beautiful people, who, just like you and I, are trying to live their best life and make something of themselves.
Unfortunately, the opportunity to access basic resources such as food, water and education are lacking in these parts of the world.

In a country such as Zambia, it takes and angel like Auldridge and his team at New Hope Waves to put a variety of programmes together to support the youth and community members towards living a healthy and fulfilling life.

Africa is a continent faced with immense poverty, with many children being orphaned due to HIV/Aids.

This is where we can help out - in order to support these programmes and their development, donations can made by those with huge hearts to enable Auldridge to continue with the incredible community work he does for the youth of Zambia.

I am sharing our Go-Get Funding page in the hope that I can help raise a little money to support Auldridge and his team, in building a Skills Development Centre where youth members will have access to skills-based education, sexual health education, gender equality education, and sports and recreational activities. This centre will provide opportunities for the community to gain employment, or move onto higher education.

If you would love to start the new year off generously and can give up your $5 coffee for a week, a tiny little bit goes a long, long way. Any help is truly appreciated :)

My amazing class of 3/4 students will also be on board with a variety of fundraising activities, so look out for the BIG impact the little people in our world can have too!

We are so lucky to wake up every day into a world of limitless opportunity, with boundless education and resources to support us at our very fingertips.

To wake up and go to work every day, attend school every day and receive a good education, to have clean water running from the tap, to complain when the supermarket line is too long. These are all things we take for granted.

Life is a privilege that we sometimes forget to honour, but if your heart is in the right place to make even a tiny difference to those in the world who need it most, you are making a significant impact to help change a life. And in the process, helping others boosts our energy and has a positive impact on our own life too!
