Bryan Ndlovu has been battling health issues for most of his life.

He was diagnosed with asthma at a young age and then diagnosed with meningitis at age seven. At age 13 he was diagnosed with chronic lung disease. He then had struggles with depression. At age 21 Bryan
suffered a kidney infection and by the age of 23 he became reliant on home oxygen due to the damage to his lungs. Bryan is now 26 years old and is fighting heart failure.

Despite all these setbacks Bryan founded the non-profit Community Development Foundation JYB where he dedicates his time and energy to giving back to young people who need help and assistance whilst growing up. Learn more here: www.jybnonprofit.co.za

The work Bryan does at JYB keeps him motivated but he still relies on support from his family and social network.His organization has grow with over 6 full-time volunteers four part-time

• 1845 children in need as beneficiary
• Twenty family's that benefit from his community food bank
• 10 unemployed young people benefit from the computer skills development and job placement project he runs under the organization
• Ten Non-profit organization benefit from their non-profit development project each year,
