help browns soul food restaurant

Hello out there, My name is sandy and im am trying to open a soul food restaurant. I have a passion for cooking. I also have this special pie I love to make an someone told me that I should sell it to juniors cheesecake factory. So u know I ran with that) I called them and they told me to bring the pie in so they can test it out and a week later they got back to me and offerd me a price and I wasn't happy with it so I turned it down. wasn't enough to help my son college fund or enough to start my business so I decided to do it myself. I'M also doing this to open a daycare in my home cause I love kids. Can use the money also to buy children furniture, books, and arts an craft. Just want to a start a great future for my son and I know it starts with me.
