Please save brother and sister lifes

Hello good people. I am writing instead my wife and her brother with appeal for help .They are young people in Christ age. Their live is under very danger bad situation. The both of them have polycystic kidney disease in and polycystic liver disease . Because of The woman condition with her disease she have very high risk for brain aneurysm but her brother is already with Chronic kidney disease (CKD), also known as chronic renal disease, is progressive loss in kidney function over a period of months.The both suffer from Hypertension too. The sister have little daughter 11 years old ,without biological father. We are living in Bulgaria .Our standard is extremely low level in a manner according health care Our country is with more than bad attitude to take caring Medical condition of the sick people.The brother and sister are without one parent (he died before years ago) Their mother is old and sick too. They don't have proper income;earnings even for living. But for their health even less. I appeal for help for proper and quality treatment and possible transplantation of vital organs by donors for both of them in Chinese Shijiazhuang Kidney Disease Hospital .But the cost are enormous expencive for us to afford . .Please help us.Please let give chance to this young people to live
