Help broke college student become author

I am 23 years old, living at home with a single mom who works 80 hours a week just to pay the bills. My passion lies within writing and I have been working on a book for a year now and have finally finished. I need to get edited and want to be published, however I am a full time student and the little money I make goes towards bills. I really want to get this book out there to the romantic population. I think my book will help people gain hope in love again and also they will be able to relate their emotions to mine. My book consists of Poems and thoughts on pain and love. I have put my bleeding heart into this and want to see my book on shelves! At 23 I'm doing the best I can right now with what I've got and I'd appreciate any help I could get. I am out to make a difference in the world! Thank you all for your consideration and time! I want to do this for my Mother!
