Help Bring Tracey Home

Tracey went to the United Arab Emirates to claim her inheritance from her deceased father who had lived and worked there in the oil business. Taxes and storage fees had accrued on these assets and property. She got a loan from a local bank and deposited those funds in a bank in the states. The bank in the states put a hold on those funds for some reason yet to be determined. The lending bank thought that Tracey no longer needed the funds so it withdrew their funds and said she could reapply later but would have to pay another application fee for the loan. She had already spent everything she had to get to UAE and on the initial application fee. In the mean time she is adding to her debt for food and lodging. She is desperate and has been stuck for two months now. All she wants is to raise enough money to reapply for the loan.
