Help Bring Nosey The Elephant Home to her family.

It has been a long journey to make it this far, but after over a year of custody hearings and frivolous meditations, we have finally received word that we will finally be having our trial in court soon. Though the exact date is still uncertain, it should finally be taking place within the next 3 months!

We are over the moon! Because of this news we are hiring a new lawyer and once again reinstating our crowd funding campaign to help aid in the return of the rightful custody of Nosey Liebel, America's most beloved elephant, who was wrongfully taken from us, her family in Oct 2017 by a small town animal control officer in Moulton AL, just 2 days after Nosey and her enclosures had passed a federal inspection. Donate here to help the Liebel Family with their legal and travel expenses for their upcoming court battle and preparations for it. Any amount helps as legal expenses do add up quickly.
