( In the state of Oklahoma the law states being in close proximity to the drugs is not reason enough to convict )our attorney was supposed to be so good,I feel he sold us out. Because they were under his seat he was convicted .We had to sell his car and use his reinstatement money to help with bond and attorney. They pulled into Com an-go and were surrounded by police. our Lawyer stated "The police start out with a lie" you don't make a routine traffic stop with 3 or 4 cars and a k-9 unit . Allen's girl came home , he had an attorney the drugs were not his ,you think all is well, right? No it wasn't. $4000. The attorney postpone every month ,personal reasons an business reasons for a year(running up the court coast we would owe ) Then turned to my son and stated you need more money or we have to ple bargen today. They gave him 7 years on paper under DA. supervision. It all goes down hill from there. So first he lost his dream car the money to get his drivers license's the job was next no ride. Then his home it didn't take long before his girl was done an she took his boy away too. Most boys want to grow up to be firemen not him he wanted to grow up to be a dad. In the court I speak of they trick you into signing away your rites with scare tactics. Every charge against him are 3 witnesses all 3 in each have a different story. we have been terrorized robed in our home by police officers our home demolished (I have photos)for frailer to pay. While in there jail being detained he missed court they are saying send him to prison for missing court. 7 years. I've got a book of stories That support my clams. Please Help me save my Son. They have taken everything this last trip even his clothes, his Dog to the pound all personal paper work was even sold with his 2nd car that was lost at impound he does not even have a change of clothes, now they want his freedom.
