Help bring faster and cheaper internet to Cyprus

The idea here is to get internet from major internet providers here in Cyprus and divide it into smaller portions, eg. 10 MBs internet here is around 40 euros + your telephone line etc etc goes up to 50 or more. If you get 100 MBs it costs around 100 euros, BUT if i divide those into 10 pieces, the cost is around 10-15 euros a month PER PERSON, so automatically you save 30 euros if not more. If i get the right funding for this, i can start a community that gives cheap internet.
