My name is Wilhelm Caspar Oddo from Tanzania, I helping to raise funds for my dearest nephew Prince Evaristo Kayombo who is suffering from a HEART DISEASE

About the Patient and history of the sickness.

Prince is a charming 5yrs boy who wears a beautiful smile full of hope every day, He loves playingand dancingbut because of his condition he is neither able to do so anymore nor does he have a chance to make friends or interact with other children. Prince came into this world on 30th of January 2016 And was diagnosed Noonan syndrome few days after birth. Since then, he has been hospitalized several times in different hospitals and at the national referral hospital- Muhimbili National Hospital where he got the first surgery in September 2016 and another one in 2017 and 2019.

Few months ago, PRINCE EVARISTO was reviewed by new cardiologists from the "THE ONE NEW HEART TANZANIA" on July 2021 during their pediatric surgical mission at Benjamin Mkapa Hospital, Dodoma- Tanzania. The doctors recommended that Prince Evaristo to be operated on within 6 months, after then his case will not be operable.

With the Help of the THE ONE NEW HEART TANZANIA and their partner hospital in India ; the U N Mehta Institute of Cardiology and Research Centre hospital-India, has agreed to operate him at a reduced cost of 10,000 USD instead of actual amount of 25,000 USD. The total cost of the whole treatment including visa fees and flight tickets is 13000 USD (10,000 usd for the surgery and treatment, 3,000 usd for visa fees and flight tickets for one parent and Prince) as indicated in the document attached.
