Help Boris with severe lymphedema.

Boris had started figthing the consequences of birth injury (hypophysis damage) since he was 10. He started gaining weight incredibly fast, constant depression, apathy, headaches, general weakness. Since there wasn't the way to recieve some qualified medical help, he was only diagnosed with hypogonadotropic hypogonadism at the age of 21. Couldn't earn enough money for the treatment, since he couldn't work already in his state, the problem was quickly escalating.

He found a way to earn some money on the internet, but it required him to sit for 12-16 hours per day using his PC, which led to developing severe lymphedema, which he already had in a lighter form, but didn't know about it. All doctors just told him it's a problem of the excessive body weight, which wasn't true.
As a result of all this, lymphedema led to elephant legs.

And currently he can't continue working like this, because it makes the problem much worse progressively.
Right now he requires some qualified help, and possibly surgery.
He has been staying in his apartment for 4 years already, can't go outside because of his legs and all the pain, using PC to work became impossible too.

Please, help Boris return to normal life, we can't find any other options except for asking people to help.
That's his last resort.
He's a kind guy and wants to make the world better in any way he can, but he can't in his current condition.
