Help Blake Teach in Cambodia

     I a looking to Volunteer Overseas with EDventure International, which is a program that invites students to participate in a unique 3 week experience abroad this summer. This opportunity combines the benefits of a volunteer program and a cultural emersion experience. We will be able to teach English and work in orphanages in Cambodia while putting ourselves in their shoes. While I am there I plan on immersing myself in the rich Cambodian culture and to devote my energy to help benefit the community. Ultimately the trip is not about me, it is about giving kids who are less fortunate than me the chance to be educated and make a successful life for themselves. I wish to be a small pebble that makes a ripple in their lives for the better.

     I am so excited to take this incredible new challenge, force myself out of my comfort zone, and to really impact these desperately in need communities!
