Black IT initiative is to propel previously disadvantaged black people into the mainstream of the ICT industry in South Africa created mainly by the Apartheid government of South Africa. We need to empower members with technical and business skills and make Black-IT members significant role players within the ICT sector in South Africa, With your contribution we will help previously disadvantaged black South Africans improve access to technologies and actively influence policy making and promote the status of historically disadvantaged individuals and communities in the ICT sector. Black IT is planning a conference hosted exclusively for disadvantaged IT professionals to provide delegates with a unique opportunity to:
· Hear from established IT Professional, Entrepreneur and Expert speakers and share the latest in IT research, Developments and improvements
· Participate in sessions each focused on different aspect of ICT
· Watch and participate in live debate sessions with the country’s top IT experts
· Share IT best practice and network with colleagues
It would be grateful if you would consider supporting Black IT objectives by contributing to expenses that will be incurred for the conference. Thank you in advance for your consideration.
