Campaign Story
Jacques has been diagnosed with an very rare cancer that is called Ampullary AdenoCarcinoma, we do not have medical aid and he desperately needs a very expensive operation. This operation is he's only chance of survival, without it he only has 6 to 12 months! Please if anyone can find it in there hearts to please donate and help save his life. He is our evrything, husband, father and son. Without him our lives will be so pour and empty. Please give him a fighting chance.
