Help aspiring student complete college

This is a student who has just graduated with an Associates of Science degree at Lamar Community College. She finished with a 3.7 GPA Honors and was in Phi Theta Kappa an international honor society. She was chosen to be one of the student speakers at graduation due to her contribution to the school and community. She was also part of the basketball team and was captain her sophomore year. She just recently received a scholarship to continue playing basketball at Lindenwood University in Belleville, Illinois. She is very eager to continue playing basketball and continue to pursue a college education. However, the scholarship is not full and she still needs 8,000 dollars to pay for school. She is unable to receive financial aid or get loans. She is under the dream act which prevents her from getting any Government help. She only wishes to go to this college and would appreciate any help.
