Help art thrive and save lives

HI! my name is hassan, and my dream is to make a charity based on artists that are too poor to make their passions into a reality, I myself a writer, as an example took years to write a book only to find that I could not afford even the 200$ required to register a copyright, needless to mention the enormous cost of promoting it. Initally thinking of starting a fundraiser for myself, I thought about how many people I personally knew, among whom are singers who disregarded their talents for work having neither the means to pursache the necessay equipment nor to rent a studio, a violinist that is unemployed and a guiratist that commited suicide after years of what he often considered a futule existence (i do not mention their names out of respect to their privacy), I thought of all the people that I saw everyday, musical bands touring cafes for few bucks, painters willingly selling their paintings just to get by, needless to mention the thousands of starving artists that could've made it if only given the chance, but are instead suffering uneedlessly for pursuing art when they couldn't financially afford to support themselves.

My goal, is at first, start with those that I see and know, build a studio, invite the people i know, record their musical compisitions, invest in them, invite writers, help them get published, and with the money they make, a portion will go back to the insitution that first supported them, then once financially able, seek out singers, painters, writers, actors, make them come together in a creative community, financially support their endavours, buy them the necessaey equipment and with each rising star, many others will be given a chance to rise as well. In a culture where due financial restraint art is looked down upon, many of those that pursue their passions end up being financially miserable, giving up on their wishes or worse on their very own lives. how many writers lived and died miserably poor, how many painters remained unjustly obscure, how many talents have we missed simply by the nature of a cruel world, cruel especially to those that are creative but happen to be poor. Please help me make this dream into a reality, help me help the artists that are unjustly suffering for no cause other than being in an envorinment that was hostile for what they wanted of the world, a world of art, of beauty and creativity. please help these artists and their art thrive, and when they thrive, save their lives and help save other lives.
