Help Arnulfo “Jayr” Ablaneda Suffering from Bladder and Colon Disease! Afternoon of October 25, 2017 Arnulfo experienced suddenly stomach pain and got headache.He taught that all he need is to rest but the pain continues.The day after he went to the clinic for check up.His doctor advised him to undergo some test CBC and Urinalysis.The test result showed that there was no problem in his urine and his CBC states that he was only minimal problem, he was anemic.The doctor gave him only pain reliever for 5 days and prescribed ferrus sulphate medicine for his anemia.Nothing has changed after 5 days.He made follow up check up.This time his doctor advised to undergo abdomen ultrasound and another urinalysis.The ultrasound shows she has cytitis and his prosrate already inflamed.He was also a pus discharge as per urinalysis result.His doctor advised him to take antibiotics for 7 days.Hoping that he got feel better but unfortunately after his medication nothing has changed.Although sometimes the pain in his stomach stop but still not yet healed.Last November 14, 2017 during vacation he made second opinion with other doctor in Quezon Province as advised by our mother.His second doctor advised him to undergo ultrasound again.The ultrasound states that he has lump beside his bladder and prostate.The doctor changed the antibiotic prescribed by his first doctor and gave him also a pain reliever.He made follow up last November 22, and the doctor suggest another ultrasound to know if the lump became smaller.Unfortunately, the lump still the same and the pus dicharge in his urine still continues.Sometimes he feel also a severe pain in his stomach.His doctor in Quezon refer him to another doctor in Manila for him to undergo operation since there’s no changes except the prevention of lump become bigger.December 1, 2017 my brother start to confine in the hospital.He undergo series of test before the operation and got Bladder Mass Operation last December 4, 2017.After 2 days, as advised by his surgeon doctor he needs to undergo colonoscopy test to ensure that his problem was only in his bladder.His endoscopy report stating that he has also a lump in his excretory duct (where our bowel goes).The said lump need to remove via Sigmoidectomy Operation.December 9, Sigmoidectomy Operation performed.
