Arit’s Uni fundraiser to pay outstanding Tuition Fee by March 2018

Update posted by Arit Bassey duke On Nov 25, 2017

Hello and thank you so much for taking out time to view my campaign. I must say that I am beyond grateful for the donations that have been made so far, towards this cause from friends, family and donors on this site.

Through your help, I have been able to pay an initial installment of 1582 GBP out of 3164 GBP to Coventry University on the 31st of August 2017, to enable me commence the Masters program. Off the site, I was able to raise 1800 GBP, which I used to pay off the first installment of my fees and also, partly fund myself on a five day trip to attend a residential workshop at Coventry University, United Kingdom in October.

This was my second time visiting the UK but, my first time in Coventry. I was a bit intimidated at first, as I happen to be the youngest student amongst my other course mates enrolled for the Peace and Conflict program. Overall,I was able to adjust quickly, interact with my course mates from different parts of the world/careers and finally draw from their experiences.

After a five day workshop spent in Coventry, I returned back to Nigeria and commence my studies in full. I currently work in an assistant managerial role at a makeup studio and my monthly earnings, enables me support myself and other basic needs. Whats left to save wouldn't enable me meet up with the required deadline for my tuition and it is for this reason, I kindly seek your continued support to be able to make a final payment of 1582 GBP before the end of March 2018.

Thank you in advance. xo.
