Help Anna Get Her Life Back

Dear everyone,

My dear friend and colleague in Japan has a 12-year-old daughter (Anna) who is at the stage of liver failure. She is in a very precarious condition and the only possible solution to her health problem is a liver transplant. However, the major problem now is the cost. The total procedure and other expenses will be around 160 thousand dollars. They have managed to secure about 135 thousand dollars but they still need at least another 25 thousand dollars. That is why he has reached out to his friends and colleagues and we came up with the idea to try crowdfunding. I have launched this page on their behalf to send it to different people to ask for their help. I (as representative of the family and other friends) would like to ask for your kind help and donations to this end. Please, I beg of you, to consider helping them to help their kid get her life back. The amount you contribute may not have a big impact on your lives but every single dollar towards their goal counts. We are hoping to reach out to at least 2000 people and to get a minimum of $50 per donor. You can even do that in two installments (in May and June, the duration of this campaign). That would be only $25 a month. The family, my friends and I are going to send this message to as many people as we can and would like to ask you to do the same and to explain to your contacts that this is a matter of life and death. Please, please, please take this matter very seriously and try your absolute best to enable us to raise this amount as soon as possible. The family has been in touch with the hospital and they have given them an appointment for the daughter to be hospitalized on July 05 and then to undergo the procedure on July 14 (if everything goes well).
