I was diagnosed with Auto Immune Hemolytic Anemia which my immune system attacks my own blood cells ; I need Rituximab IV fluid to be able to control my SLE but it does cost a lot and it expensive for my family , please do help me win this fight ! Thank you and God bless 😇
