Campaign Story
Angela was brutally harassed for not wearing a mask at a Starbucks location in Vaughan after she made clear she had a medical exemption. A customer proceeded to physically assault Angela after she was being verbally harassed inside the Starbucks. Angela called the police to press assault charges but York region police refused to press charges in an attempt to incriminate Angela due to her mask exemption. Later a Starbucks employee made a defamatory and slanderous tik tok Video which ultimately cost Angela her reputation as a Toronto School board teacher as well as her Travel Business contract. The MSM; City Tv as well as the Toronto star proceeded to publish the slanderous accusation against Angela doing irreparable damage to her reputation- she was referred to as an "anti-masker" and the news articles reported she was under fire for assault charges; which was never the case. Please consider donating to Angela’s legal fund to pay for defamation & Libel Litigation and privacy breech lawyers as the Starbucks employee took Angela’s name from there Starbucks App. Angela will also need to pursue legal challenges for Human Rights violations as Angela was attacked and targeted in a smear campaign because she was medically exempt from wearing a face covering .

Can’t afford to donate much but I hope she gets justice! People need to learn that medical exemptions are legitimate and they should respect our rights to services without discrimination. What the Starbucks employees did to her is unacceptable behavior and I hope she gets justice!
