Help Andy

Hi everyone,

So... I am Andy. Nice to meet you.

Let's get to the point shall we? I am a transgender guy. I am 31 years old. I have identified as a guy for as long as I can remember. Growing up, I had a fairly normal childhood. My parents always thought that I was a tomboy and allowed me to dress like a boy, cut my hair short, like a boy, play with cars etc. It was just a faze that I would outgrow they thought. It never happened. I realize that I am one of the minority who are allowed the freedom to express themselves at such a young age and for that I am grateful every day. I started my transition almost 2 years ago. With all the physical changes comes dysphoria. And I am having trouble with chest dysphoria. I had saved almost R10 000 towards top surgery but had to rush my dog off to the vet who needed surgery himself after swallowing a piece of plastic which got stuck in his intestine. He has recovered and back to his naughty self. (He's a Jack Russell)
And so, this is how I have ended up here.
