When parents hate it, kids love it.
Yeah, I'm talking about my birthday tattoo wish.
Ever since I was a little girl, I simply adored tattoos. Now that I'm big enough to actually have one done, all I need is some financial support as I cannot get a job here in Japan. But the good thing is, if you donate some money for my birthday wish, there is a reward. For 30 euros donated to me, I will send you a Japanese postcard with some Eastern teachings, so that I get to have my tattoo and you get some enlightening words.
The design is going to be an Asian dragon, as most of the Asian culture revolves around this symbol of power, will and strength. I want to have it done in Japan not only because Japanese tattoo artists are famous for their skills, but also because I feel that a tattoo is the most beautiful souvenir you can take from a place. And Japan is and has been a wonderful place in which I grew spiritually in ways I didn't know I could. Who knows if and when I will come back here, so right now is the perfect time. Life is short and, as I read in the Tao De Jing, if you stand on your tiptoes, you cannot say that you are standing at all.
Thank you all and you will never be forgotten for helping me to get my first tattoo!
