Hello everyone, my name is Mugni from New York City. I am raising money on behalf of Anas in Gaza, who I have been in contact with for the past few weeks. I can verify Anas through the information they have given me. They currently requested $2500 to cover the costs of necessities to seek employment outside of Gaza. ALL FUNDS will be transferred over through Western Union and a proof of receipt will be shown once the funds are sent over. The current illegal siege in Gaza has left the people under a brutal economic crisis thus leaving a scarcity in jobs. It is Anas’ goal to find employment to support his 6 siblings and parents. They were previously injured by the hands of occupational soldiers during peaceful protests. They are also finished with their education but not able attain their diploma due to withstanding fees. It would mean the world to Anas and his family if you please donate whatever you can and spread the message. Many have been suffering for decades under illegal occupation and it is up to us to support or siblings across the ocean. Anas and his family are very hopeful and still try to make the best of everything each day. *This is a message from Anas:* Salam, my name is Anas (26) from Gaza, Palestine. I currently am living with my parents and 6 siblings with a scarcity in jobs due to the illegal occupation. The only thing I want to currently provide for my family are the basic necessities, and without any work it has been very difficult to get by. I have finished my studies in Business Administration but have not received my degree due to unpaid fees. I was also shot by illegal occupied officers a couple years ago which left me unable to be mobile for a while. Currently my goal is to find a job outside of Gaza, due to the lack of employment. My two parents and siblings are my everything, and the only thing I want to do is to be able to provide a decent life for them. The people of Palestine here, we are grateful for what we have but the sanction and consistent attacks has left everyone in an economic crisis. I am Urgently asking for $2500 USD to renew my passport and travel abroad for employment. Any donation helps and it will be quicker to provide a comfortable life for my family.
For context, Gaza is an open air prison that is blockaded by Israel/Egypt by land, air, and sea and has been, for the past 14 years. The blockade alone makes life difficult in Gaza without the added airstrikes, as it is crippling both Gaza's economy and infrastructure. Gaza is one of the most densely populated areas in the world with a population of about 2 million people. Israel also controls their electricity and water that is mostly undrinkable, and they have daily power cuts of up to 14 hours. Half of the population in Gaza is under the age of 18 with a poverty rate of over 50%, 64% of the youth are unemployed, and 80% rely on international aid.)

Hello everyone! As mentioned Anas has been struggling to seek employment in Gaza to support his family. Alhamdullilah with the assistance of many beautiful people, we were able to come up with enough funds to help Anas seek work in Egypt. I would like to thank everyone on my behalf
