I’m not really an athletic person. My best fitness achievement was to “run” 10km in 1 hour & 20 minutes. I feel ok since at least I manage to finish 10km “running” with minor muscle cramp. For me I’m Healthy enough.
But after my daughter come to my life, I become demotivated to exercise since I spend much off my focus and money at my daughter. My weight from 75KG shoot up to 90KG. My height is 175cm. My BMI from 24.5 (somehow okay for me) become 29.4 (borderline Obese class 1!)
I realise this now and tried some home exercise but to no avail. I can’t fit into any of my sportswear anymore and my shoe is damaged beyond repair. I don’t have extra money to buy all those stuff since I live on budget every month.
With your help, I could go to the gym or maybe train outside with proper attire. Ill Train every week and at the end of 1 year I want to challenge myself by climbing Mt. Kinabalu, which is the highest mountain in South East Asia. I believe that if I manage to do this. I’ll become fitter than I have ever become. I could live longer to see my daughter grow.
