Assist an exhausted single mom to a very special child get through financial hardship

I am a mother to a beautiful 11 year old daughter. She was diagnosed with Global Development Delay since she was about 2 years old but we have not gone back to see a specialist since then to check if there was any update on her condition. There was never a year that she was not admitted to the hospital but we pull through. I am currently working in a private company but my salary is not enough to cover our expenses. I have a side hustle which is an online ticketing business and it helps me with the extra funds I need. Since the pandemic, business went south due to lockdowns and travel restrictions. Another challenge I have to face is I had to support my extended family (My uncle, aunt and her daughter) who lost their source of income due to the curfews and community quarantine that have been implemented (they are street vendors so they thrive on people out on the streets) and my senior citizen aunt (74 y.o.) who had no choice but to stay with us since travelling to go back to the province was restricted. These series of events took a toll on my finances. I was able to survive my debts before but this past few months, it have been very hard for me to keep up and Im barely managing. The extra funds Im expecting from my business is not coming through and adding to that struggle, my beloved netbook gave up on me. My salary is barely covering my loans, and most of the banks refuse to restructure my payment. This has become very frustrating and I've been exhausted physically and mentally. I can't get a loan that will allow me to consolidate all of my debts with minimal interest. The bank will offer minimal amount which is not even enough to cover the interest from another bank. I am still thankful I still have a job, but I am close to burning out. As of this writing, my total debt including the interests added on some of it for the missed payments for the last 30 days is about 847,000php or $17,645. I am not asking for your help to pay the whole lot. Whatever you'd be happy to share, I am deeply thankful. My plan is to close the ones with the higher interest rates, the small ones too that can easily be closed and update the oustanding ones to reduce the extra fees and charges and spare some of it to purchase a laptop for my business and my daughter's online schooling.
