Help an exchange student to avoid deportation penalty

Hello, I'm Camila Alrazi or my friends usually call me Zee. I'm in dire need of money for a place to stay or else I'll get deported back to my original country.

Backstory: I was applying for some international scholarship program at my school that was recommended by my seniors from year to year, so I thought this was really a nice deal. Now, I have a scholarship at my original country because I'm struggling financially, my parents couldn't really support me so I worked hard to get that scholarship. This program is linked to the current international scholarship program so if I failed this one, I might get my original scholarship taken off.

I was pretty much scammed by my University. I was told that this program would cover everything, including the pay rent. Now, the real problem is, they only gave me around USD 1,200 for EVERYTHING. Including the insurance, special study permit, round-trip tickets, VISA, food and the apartment rent. You see, my apartement rent costs USD 1,900 per semester. See the problem? I couldn't even pay for a place to stay with that amount of money they said "would cover everything", that minus the other needs! Now I have checked other dormitories around and yet the price rate is similar (the ones within walking distance, i'm trying to not have a public transportation because that means more money) and the water bill and electricity are not inclusive. The one that I choose right now is the cheaper by any considerations. My University couldn't help. I talked to the OIR staff in my current University I need to get help from my original University because or else they would have to send me back aka deported. Failing this program means also failing my original scholarship program MEANS I might have to stop going to the University since I cannot afford it without my scholarship. I can't expose my original University nor the current University I'm now studying at, because it might cause some controversy.

I have asked if there is any possible way for me to have an income and the current University they won't allow me to get a part time job becaude it would affect my academic performance. This is my last resort, I really have tried anything I could do before this. I swear I'm not a spoiled brat, but I couldn't get a job here.

P.s They only told me about the amount of money i will receive when the program application has been processed.

P.s.s I feel abandoned in a foreign country because not even once they are checking up on us, the exchange students from the University.
