Help an Aspiring Student Entrepreneur

I'm a simple student who wants to jump start my life in the digital world, but doing so requires me to procure a capable laptop that can run basic applications, like photoshop, autocad, matlab, and also to create my own website through wix or other website platforms.

Currently I'm using a hand-me-down laptop that can't run the said applications, lags every other minute.
