Help Amaarah Finance Her Master’s Studies Abroad

I am currently pursuing a two-year Masters in Food Systems (October 2022 - September 2024) but am unable to self-fund the rest of my study period whilst working part-time.

I am participating in a highly-specialised and novel International Masters mobility programme in Europe without financial security or a full scholarship. I’ve been fortunate enough to be granted a tuition fee waiver that covers 90% of my tuition only through EIT Food and have been relying on family support and living month-to-month to cover the high expense of living abroad. The target for this fundraiser is based on average living expenses in each country as determined by EIT Food coordinators from previous students' experiences in this Master's programme.

This Master's programme takes place in three countries and covering transport and living expenses in Italy, Spain and Denmark is the biggest challenge.

I’ve actively applied for scholarships and grants since the beginning of 2022 but unfortunately have been unsuccessful. I am hoping to raise funds to continue participating in this programme and in the hope of reducing student debt as much as possible.
