Help Aliyah heal her HEART

Aliyah is 10 months old, and she needs to have a heart surgery before her 1st birthday, unfortunately, her parents cannot afford the surgery because her parents are young teenagers, too, and just trying to make ends meet on a daily basis. If you can find it in your heart to help with Aliyah's heart surgery--it would mean the world to her, and her family.

Or if you could direct us to someone/institution/hospital who would help us--that'd be very helpful!
