Help Alex finish a semester of college

Hello I am Alex, and I want to go back to college. I am a 26 year old that never got to complete college. in 2007 I was accepted to Florida State University, and began my pursuance of education. Due to health problems and financial trouble resulting from those health problems, I could no longer attend. I struggled with TOS- Thoracic Outlet Syndrome, for two years before being accepted to college. I did not know it at the time, but I was in danger. I finished my senior year of high school struggling every day with nerve and muscle pain on my left dominant side, sensitivity to cold and heat, and eventually I was pained to even clench my fist or grip a pencil to write my notes in class. I was also deeply depressed and anxious- despite these problems, I still managed to complete my first two semesters of college with a GPA of 3.7. Then i finally found an answer to why I was in so much pain- I needed surgery. In 2008 i received surgery, but this did not completely alleviate the pain i was under. I struggled with physical pain, anxiety, and depression for years after my surgery, and I ended up needing to leave college and return home to my family. I would deeply like to continue my education. I intend to pursue a career in physical therapy- to help others with similar debilitating physical illnesses as mine, and to catch and treat problems that regular doctors fail to catch. I was diagnosed by a physical therapist myself after many doctors failed to deduce what was wrong with me. I'd like to give that same quality of care that I received to others who need it. I would also like a steady career in which I can support myself- as I am destitute and so is my family. Id like to help my family with their financial needs, and I intend to do so when I finish college and start my career.
